Belong Education was founded during the heart of the COVID-19 pandemic—a time when the world stood still, but the need for meaningful employment surged. We emerged with a clear mission: to solve the global skills-employability gap by reimagining how learning connects to the world of work.

Traditional education often leaves learners underprepared for the realities of the job market. At Belong, we believe that education should lead to employment, and learning should be rooted in real-world relevance. That's why we work with universities, governments, and employers to design programs that go beyond theory—offering learners hands-on exposure, mentorship from working professionals, and industry-aligned challenges.
